AIM Laboratories Step by Step Process​

1. AIM Requisition with Face sheet

Use the LAB RESULTS tab in KIPU and select "Add Form" to create an AIM Requisition, which includes face sheet details (no need to print the face sheet).

The printed AIM Requisition should be handed to the onsite AIM Phlebotomist.

2. Test Results Distribution

An encrypted email containing test results will be sent to the designated facility email group or user(s) set up.  Also,  staff can log into the COPIA portal to search for patients and download test results.

3. Uploading Results to KIPU

 Use the LAB RESULTS tab in KIPU to add a test-related form and attach the PDF test results to a patient’s chart.
